Hi babes. Emily here, your Cincy Skin Specialist and the best esthetician Cincinnati OH has to offer! I have been passionate about skin care ever since I struggled with severe acne as a teenager and eventually had to go on Acutane. Lunar Beauty Bar is a woman owned and operated skin care studio that is nestled in the heart of Downtown Cincinnati. We offer a wide range of skin treatments and spa services that cater to those with severe acne to those wanting to reverse the signs of aging. In addition to traditional facial services we also offer facial waxing dermaplaning and customized spray tans.

Cincinnati has been home to me since moving in January of 2019 from Columbus Ohio. I had intended on moving back later that year but fell in love with the community very quickly. Staying involved and present in OTR and Cincinnati is very important to me. I embrace being able to walk everywhere and being able to stay up to date on the latest happenings. I live, work, and play here.

You will walk in to the studio feeling very comfortable knowing you are in the hands of someone with 10+ years of experience. I have worked with a number if skin care lines that include medical grade to all natural. I currently retail and work with Lira Clinical skin care as well as Face Reality. Face Reality helped me become a certified acne specialist and this line focuses on all grades of acne and really digs deep in to the root cause of it. Sjolie Tan is the solution used for custom spray tans. Their products are vegan, pregnancy safe, and cruelty free. I also partner with local vendors and entrepreneurs to sell their goods in my studio.

Meet Hanna Linesch
Hello, I'm Hanna, and I am thrilled to be a part of the beauty industry as a skincare professional! With 3+ years of experience, I obtained my esthetics license from The Aveda Fredric's Institute Cincinnati.
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is witnessing the positive impact that facials have on my clients and their self-confidence. I take pride in providing personalized facials that address specific skin concerns and leave my clients glowing.
Of all the various facial treatments I offer, my favorite is the Dermaplane facial which provides exfoliation and reveals smoother, more youthful looking skin.
In addition to facials, I absolutely love offering spray tans. Helping clients achieve a natural looking and sun kissed glow that boosts their confidence and enhances their overall appearance.
My goal is to create a flawless tan that suits each client's individual preferences.
Beyond my professional life, I have a deep passion for all things self and skincare. I believe that taking care of our skin is vital for well being (as it is our largest organ!).
I am an avid runner and train for marathons. Also a proud cat mom to Ivy, who brings me so much joy and affection.

Meet Jess King
Hey there! I'm Jess and I couldn't be more excited that I've landed here at Lunar Beauty Bar! I'm a lifelong nail lover, and decided to get licensed as a Nail Technician last year.
Above all things I'm an Artist and I am so lucky to get the privilege to make your hands even more beautiful.
I'm a Cincinnati native, born and raised. When you come see me, I aim to be as genuine as possible when it comes to nail care and getting to know you, and I expect the same!
We're both human, and I'm happy to make sure that everyone feels comfortable in my space.
I've been trained in "cleaner" nail care, meaning no harsh smells or products. I've struggled with OCD my whole life and even as a nail tech, I find myself still struggling with my nails.
No matter the state of your nails, listen, we will figure it out! All it takes is a little time, patience, and a beauty pro that makes you feel like your best self!
Outside of work I'm a big time fan of music and traveling. I'm into music of all kinds and love exploring new places (especially warmer climates, I am a lizard).
Catch me in the summer time cruising on my bike, hitting up festivals, and taking trips to new and old places! I also have 2 stinky kitty babies that are my entire world!
Meet Avery Fichlie
Hey everyone! My name is Avery and I am so excited to be a part of this community! For the past year, I have been practicing esthetics and graduated from Aveda Fredericks Institute.
I’ve been interested in the beauty industry ever since I was in middle school, when I first started struggling with acne and feeling confident in my own skin.
I believe that everyone deserves to feel comfortable and confident with or without makeup, and that’s what I’m here to help you achieve!
My favorite service would be the exo mandelic peel. This peel is great for all skin types and doesn’t disrupt the skin barrier or pH of the skin. Mandelic acid is also great for acne-prone skin because of its exfoliating and antibacterial properties. Mandelic acid has truly changed my skin!
Outside of my professional life I enjoy traveling, hiking, and playing volleyball! I have played volleyball since fourth grade and also played on the NKU club team the 2 years I was there.
I have traveled to many places including Germany, Amsterdam, London, Mexico, Guatemala and the Caribbean. My favorite place I’ve been to has to be St. Kitts in the Caribbean!
